The annual meeting of Vashon Island Unitarian Universalists will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 9:45 AM at Lewis Hall.

Business to be conducted at this meeting:

• The election to open positions of officers and at-large board members and members of
  the Nominating Committee.
• The review, revision as warranted, and approval of the budget for the coming year.
• Review and voting on a proposed bylaw revision which would change the term of board
  members including board officers.

Your attendance is important.

A bylaws change is considered an “important decision” and requires a quorum of a majority of eligible voters. For the motion to pass it must be approved by a majority of
eligible voters or 2/3 of those included in the quorum count.

Members – if you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy. A member may hold a proxy for only one other member, so please confirm that the person you are asking to
hold your proxy will be attending and is not holding another proxy.
