Our speaker on this last Sunday of this first month of the new year, is Rev. Carla Pryne, a retired Episcopal priest, who most recently was rector of Church of the Holy Spirit on Vashon.She will reflect on the UU theme “Practicing Resistance”.

Historian Heather Cox Richardson recently quipped “ I didn’t ask to live in historic times”. But that is where we find ourselves. Carla will invite reflection on the notion of practicing resistance in both its activist and contemplative dimensions. Does “practicing resistance” resonate for you?
