The annual meeting of Vashon Island Unitarian Universalists will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 following the Sunday worship service at approximately 11:00am.
The meeting will be conducted in person at Lewis Hall and via zoom.
Business to be addressed at the meeting:
- Election of two VIUU members to fill two board at-large positions.
- The review, revision as warranted, and approval of the budget for the coming year (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).
All active VIUU members are urged to participate. If you are unable to attend in person or online you may appoint a proxy.
Any active VIUU member may hold a proxy for one and only one other member. Please be sure that the person you would like to act as your proxy is not already holding another proxy.
You may notify our administrator, Runa Bird, or the board secretary, Kate O’Hare in writing if you are appointing a proxy, or record your choice on the annual meeting participation form below.
