]Yes, Virginia, we do have a Lewis Hall Use agreement.
It took the Board and Finance committee time to discuss how to keep our UU values front and center while offering this space to be used more than just once a week.

If you would like to use Lewis Hall, please send your request to Runa. She will forward the Use Agreement to you. It has all the pertinent information we will need to contact you and get you and your activity on the calendar.

Starting next week, a use request form will be available on the website.  Runa will share the link in the newsletter.

Heaters
The Burton Community Church Board authorized all new heaters to be purchased
and installed in Lewis Hall. The work will be conducted by Vashon Electric within the next couple of weeks, as soon as they can get materials and fit us into their schedule.

Parking Lot Lights
The light in the parking lot should be repaired by tomorrow. If it is not, the lighting along the walkway will be on for the Peace Vigil.

Sacred Space Refresh for 2024
Lewis Hall will look different in 2024. Date of changes-unknown. Who is doing it? Undetermined. Does that make you curious, I hope so….change is the only thing we can count on….:)
