Your Pledge Helps VIUU Grow!
We joyfully invite your participation in the stewardship of our beloved community! We are in a growth mindset with an emerging vision of our congregation as welcoming and expanding! Your pledge supports the budget we craft for the coming 2026-27 year. It lets us fund our basic needs – our minister, space, administrative support, musicians and speakers. Your pledge will also let us look ahead to new dreams like expanded Religious Exploration, planning for new space, community activities and much more! With your support we can continue to flourish as a vibrant community of seekers who support each other, our island community and the world we inhabit.
Attached you will find the Giving Guide from the UUA to guide an informed and responsible thought process about your pledge. A pledge is a promise for next year, not a payment today, so we can plan for our programs and services in the year to come. While we encourage inspired giving, every contribution regardless of size is meaningful and impactful!
The link below is for our 2026-27 Growing VIUU Pledge Tree! This paper-free link will allow you to enter your pledge online and add a leaf to our virtual tree! I have also included a paper form you can fill in, print and sign to drop off on Sunday or mail in. No payment information is collected, just your pledge. Payment can be given by check, direct banking deposit, or PayPal on or after July 1st 2026 and anytime before June 30th 2027.
